Meet our Trainer

Ben Kendrick is a licensed Physical Therapist and TPI-certified Golf Performance Trainer.


He is a two-time All-American, three-time Conference Player of the Year, and individual Conference Champion for the University of the Cumberlands Patriots men’s golf team.


Ben turned professional and played for two years on multiple mini-tours across the United States before retiring and returning to school to be a Physical Therapist. Now working as a Physical Therapist for Foundation Hand and Physical Therapy in

Richmond, Kentucky, Ben treats a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.


He now combines his experience as a high level golfer with his knowledge of movement and exercise principles to provide golfers with the best fitness training available to help them take their game to the next level.
